7-Day Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Retreat in Fort Kochi for Energy and Rest
A seven-day Ayurvedic and yoga retreat in a Fort Kochi heritage bungalow, built to restore depleted energy.
Rest alone does not always restore. The body keeps spending even when you stop, and the tiredness that follows is not the kind an extra hour of sleep resolves.
The week is structured rather than passive. It opens with a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, and every therapy and meal that follows is set against your own constitution rather than a standard package. Days settle into a rhythm: early nature time, a cleansing ritual, morning yoga, a major Ayurvedic therapy, pranayama, a lighter afternoon therapy, and yoga nidra before the evening closes.
Therapies draw on classical Ayurvedic practice including Abhyanga and Shirodhara, delivered by a physician with three decades of experience, alongside daily Hatha yoga and guided meditation with a teacher of seventeen years.
The setting is a heritage Portuguese-Dutch bungalow near the Fort Kochi seafront, surrounded by garden and close to the water.
After the retreat, participants may feel lighter and steadier, with energy that holds through the day rather than running out by afternoon
Designed for the right people, in the right setting

Signature Experiences
Distinctive moments that give this journey its character and depth.
Initial Ayurvedic Consultation
A one-to-one consultation with the senior Ayurvedic physician at the start of the stay. Your constitution, current state and history are assessed, and the therapy schedule and diet for the week are set from that rather than from a fixed package. Nothing generic is applied before this conversation happens.
Personalised Ayurvedic Therapies
Classical Ayurvedic treatments including Abhyanga and Shirodhara, selected and sequenced for each guest by the physician. The rhythm is one major therapy in the morning and a lighter session in the afternoon, adjusted through the week as the doctor reviews progress.
Daily Hatha Yoga
A morning group session in Hatha yoga, led by a teacher with seventeen years of practice, kept gentle and accessible so it supports the therapy rather than competing with it. Suitable for all levels, including guests who have never practised.
Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation
Guided breathwork in the late morning and yoga nidra with meditation in the afternoon. These are the sessions that make the rest of the day settle, and the practices most guests continue at home.
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Guidance
Practical guidance on daily Ayurvedic routine, dinacharya, applied to your own life rather than an ideal one. This is what turns a week of treatment into something that holds afterwards, and it is the reason the program describes itself as structured recovery rather than a passive stay.

Nourishment Throughout Your Stay
Meals and nourishment thoughtfully integrated into your residential wellbeing journey.
Meals are prepared according to your individual constitution, assessed at the initial consultation, using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all provided and taken at the property. Food here is treated as part of the program rather than something served alongside it. What arrives on your plate is chosen to support digestion, rest and steady energy, and it changes as the week progresses and the physician adjusts your plan. The kitchen is fully vegetarian. Dietary requirements beyond that can be accommodated with advance notice at the time of booking.
Accommodation
The property is surrounded by gardens and sits a short walk from the beach, with shaded verandas and communal spaces designed for slowness rather than activity. Therapy rooms, the yoga hall and the dining area are all within the property, so a full day requires no travel.
The People Guiding Your Journey
Every experience is thoughtfully guided by professionals dedicated to helping you reconnect, restore and grow.

What Participants Say
Real reflections from participants who have experienced this program.
I had the best experience in a while, got refreshed and rejuvenated
Where You’ll Be
The buildings carry their history plainly: high ceilings, thick walls, shaded verandas and the kind of quiet that old architecture holds better than new. Gardens surround the property, and the Fort Kochi seafront is a short walk away.
The location does real work in a retreat of this kind. Therapy rooms open onto green rather than traffic, mornings begin outdoors, and the neighbourhood itself moves slowly enough that participants stop bracing within a day or two.
Cochin International Airport is roughly 45 km away.
